Beginning in the 1990s at Ol’ Smokey’s in Lucerne, California, I honed my craft before establishing Mama D’s Kitchen in Lakeport. Today, based in Sacramento, I specialize in intimate gatherings for up to 50 guests, offering both in-home culinary services and premium drop-off catering.

My philosophy is simple: there are no shortcuts in creating memorable meals. Each dish is prepared with meticulous attention to detail, using quality ingredients and time-honored techniques passed down through generations.
